Privacy policy

Kip Studio collects as little as possible. This site has no accounts, no trackers following you around, and nothing to sell. The one thing it does collect is an email address, and only if you choose to hand it over.
Who runs this
Kip Studio is run by a solo creator based in the Netherlands. If you need to reach a person about anything on this page, see the contact details at the bottom.
The email list
If you join the list, you’re taken to a signup page hosted by Omnisend, the tool Kip uses to manage email. When you sign up there, Omnisend stores your email address on Kip’s behalf so updates can be sent to you.
Your email is used for one thing: sending occasional updates about Kip apps, like launches and progress. It is not used for anything else, and it is never sold or shared.
Every email includes an unsubscribe link. One click and you’re off the list, no questions asked. You can also email to ask that your address be removed, and it will be.
Because signups are handled by Omnisend, their own privacy terms also apply to the data you enter on their page. You can read them on Omnisend’s website.
This website
Browsing the Kip site itself does not require an account and does not ask for any personal information. Kip does not run advertising trackers and does not use analytics that profile you or follow you around other sites.
To get a rough sense of how many people visit and which pages are useful, Kip uses Vercel Web Analytics. It is privacy-first: it sets no cookies, stores no personal data, and cannot identify you as an individual or track you across other websites.
Standard technical information, like the request your browser makes when loading a page, may be processed by the web host (Vercel) purely to serve the site. This is normal for any website and is not used to identify you.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to see the personal data held about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, and to withdraw consent at any time. Since the only data Kip holds is the email you chose to give, exercising these rights is usually as simple as unsubscribing or sending a quick message.
Changes to this policy
If Kip’s data practices change, for example if a future app or feature collects something new, this policy will be updated first, with the date at the top refreshed. Anything genuinely new will be made clear and, where it matters, opt-in.
